How We Do It
Setting Out & Framework
- Set out suspension grid to agreed line and level
- Install perimeter trim and angle sections
- Fix suspension rods and primary channels
Grid & Board Installation
- Install secondary grid and cross-tees to level
- Drop ceiling tiles, planks, or plasterboard into position
- Cut and fit around columns, beams, and penetrations
Services Coordination
- Coordinate lighting, sprinkler, and HVAC positions with grid layout
- Install access panels at identified service points
- Liaise with M&E trades to confirm ceiling-level works complete before boarding
Acoustic & Feature Elements
- Install acoustic infills, baffles, or panels where specified
- Fix feature elements including rafts, clouds, or bespoke systems
- Ensure correct spacing, alignment, and fixing detail
Finishing & Decoration
- Tape and fill plasterboard joints to specified finish level
- Apply mist coat and finish coats where required
- Ensure all edges and reveals are clean and consistent
Snagging & Handover
- Full visual inspection of level, alignment, and tile condition
- Replace any damaged or misaligned tiles before completion
- Issue as-built drawings and access panel schedule
