Site Assessment

Operative or surveyor attends site to assess scope
Identify cause, extent, and any risk to live operations
Confirm materials required and produce scope of works

Works Mobilisation

Operative deployed with correct materials and equipment
Access and welfare arrangements confirmed with site team
Out-of-hours working arranged if live operations require it

Repair Works Completed

Carry out repairs to the confirmed scope and specification
Ensure finished work matches surrounding surfaces as closely as possible
Install temporary protection where permanent repair requires further attendance

Quality Check & Sign-Off

Works inspected by operative supervisor before leaving site
Client or FM contact invited to walk completed works
Photographic evidence captured of before and after conditions

Reporting & Documentation

Full job report issued including works completed, materials used, and time on site
Any follow-on works or risks identified flagged to client
Report delivered to client and/or FM system within 24 hours of completion

Follow-On & Planned Works

Any further repairs identified are scoped and quoted
Recurrent issues assessed for planned maintenance approach
Ongoing contracts available for multi-site facilities programmes
