Substrate Preparation
- Repair, skim, or mechanically prepare existing wall surfaces
- Install framing, battens, or carrier systems where required
- Apply priming or adhesion treatment to confirm bond strength
Panel Supply & Scheduling
- Coordinate delivery of panels around programme and storage constraints
- Check all panels for damage, colour consistency, and dimension before installation
- Stage materials on site efficiently to protect the programme
Installation
- Install panels to manufacturer fixing specification and design layout
- Maintain accurate alignment, level, and plumb throughout
- Ensure correct adhesive and mechanical fixing combinations for the system
Trim, Jointing & Detailing
- Install corner trims, end caps, and movement joint covers
- Apply mastic or sealant joints at perimeters and junctions to specification
- Ensure all joints and details are consistent, clean, and watertight
Snagging & Inspection
- Full visual inspection of alignment, panel condition, and joint quality
- Adhesion test and pull-out test where required by specification
- Rectify any defects before handover
Aftercare & Maintenance Guidance
- Issue manufacturer cleaning and maintenance guidelines
- Confirm warranty requirements specific to the panel system and environment
- Provide emergency contact for post-installation issues in the defects period
