Trade Procurement & Coordination
- Appoint and manage all trades and subcontractors under one contract
- Confirm each subcontractor's RAMS and method statements before start on site
- Coordinate trade sequence to maintain programme and avoid interference
Health & Safety Management
- Daily site inductions, permit-to-work systems, and toolbox talks
- Weekly H&S site walks and structured audit reports
- Manage all site welfare, first aid, and emergency arrangements
Client & Programme Reporting
- Weekly written progress reports issued to client and design team
- Programme update issued on change or delay with revised completion forecast
- Monthly cost reports and budget monitoring where applicable
Quality Control & Inspections
- Hold points defined at key stages of the works
- Site inspections at each hold point with photographic record
- Defects management register maintained and tracked to closure
Handover & CDM Close-Out
- Structured snagging and defects period management
- Produce full O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built information
- Issue CDM health & safety file to client at practical completion
