Strip-Out & Clearance
- Systematic removal of existing fittings, finishes, and services
- Segregate and remove waste in compliance with site waste management requirements
- Protect retained elements and structural fabric throughout
Structural & Building Works
- Partition and block works, steelwork, and structural openings
- New M&E first fix coordinated with build sequence
- Fire compartmentation maintained or reinstated as required
Fit-Out, Floors, Walls & Ceilings
- Install all specified floor finishes across the project
- Complete ceiling systems including grid, tile, plasterboard, and feature elements
- Fix all wall finishes including cladding, tile, and decoration
Second Fix & Services
- Complete all M&E second fix works
- Install joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Commission services and carry out all statutory testing
Decoration & Final Finishes
- Full painting and decoration programme to specification
- Clean all surfaces and protect finishes ahead of handover
- Install signage, branding, and final surface elements
Snagging & Handover
- Structured snagging walkthrough with client and design team
- Rectify all defects before practical completion is issued
- Produce full O&M manual and CDM handover documentation
