How We Do It
CAT A Preparation
- Strip existing fit-out and prepare shell-and-core condition
- Install raised access floor, base build M&E, and perimeter heating
- Achieve landlord specification for ceiling and lighting grid
Space Planning & Partitions
- Install glass and stud partition layouts to design
- Coordinate partition heads with ceiling and services above
- Maintain fire compartmentation and acoustic separation requirements
Floor & Ceiling Finishes
- Install commercial carpet, LVT, or specialist flooring by zone
- Complete suspended ceiling system including tiles and feature elements
- Ensure ceiling and floor finishes meet design specification
Joinery, Reception & Breakout
- Fit bespoke joinery including reception desk, storage, and furniture
- Complete kitchen, tea point, and breakout area fit-out
- Install meeting room interiors including screens and AV provisions
Decoration & Brand Finishes
- Complete painting programme including feature walls and branded colour schemes
- Install manifestation, signage, and wayfinding to design
- Apply specialist wall finishes including printed panels or acoustic surfaces
Furniture-Ready Handover
- Deep clean and protect all surfaces ahead of furniture installation
- Provide full snagging record signed off by client and design team
- Leave the building ready for occupation on agreed practical completion date
