Final Finishes & Decoration

Complete all surface finishes to specification including decoration
Install signage, branding elements, and feature finishes
Protect completed works ahead of remaining trades

Snagging & Inspection

Structured walkthrough with client and design team
Rectify all defects before agreed practical completion date
Issue photographic snagging record and sign-off documentation

Handover & Aftercare

Formal handover on or ahead of programme
Clear site and leave clean and ready for occupation or trading
Remain on call for post-completion issues in the defects period
